Meet Dr. Jen

Bio

Hi I'm Dr. Jennifer Mattiello-Egan.  I have been in the health and fitness industry for 30 years. My motto is "Everything in Moderation". In this day and age our fast paced lives can sometimes get away from us and right along with it goes our health and wellness. Many then try to rediscover that balance by fad diets, extreme exercise or dangerous supplementation. I believe in a balance of work and play, a safe and healthy nutritional and exercise plan.Small changes can lead to BIG results.  I am a Certified Personal Trainer, Yoga Instructor, Pilates instructor, Spin Instructor and  N.J. licensed Chiropractor.  My office is private and by appointment only. I work with both adults and children. My office is equipped to work with athletes as well as those with specific medical conditions needing more specific attention. 

The Driving Force

The driving force behind why I do what I do is my PASSION for movement.I love to move and I love to inspire others to do the same. This is what urged me to earn a B.S. in Exercise Science from Rutgers University. Along with loving movement and exercise I truly enjoy helping people do so in a PAIN FREE and SAFE manner. This is what guided me to earn my Doctorate of Chiropractic from Palmer College of Chiropractic.
